Return & Exchange Policy

✅ We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your product.

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • The product is not in its original packaging.
  • You request a return after 7 days of receiving the product.

Important:
For health & hygiene reasons, products like insecticides and pest control solutions are non-returnable if opened or used.

How to Request a Return

·       Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

 

Refund Process

✅ Once your return is approved:

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

✅ If you ordered Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be transferred to your bank account once your return is received and approved.

📌 Please Note:
In case of a refund, delivery charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will be issued after deducting the delivery charges from your total bill.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
