  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy on products if they remain unused and in original packaging.
  • If the product is used or damaged after delivery, no returns will be accepted.
  • In case of a return, the refund will be processed after deducting delivery charges.
  • Refunds are made via bank transfer or easy paisa within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned product.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day.
  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, or external factors are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed.
